Description
I know its over the cap, but either/or eriksson gets sent to the AHL or Ferland rides in the LTIR. You can always have Rafferty in the minors as the first call-up too, but teams like to have 7 dmen available. I really think Baertschi needs another chance...and at worst between him and Ferland they can probably finish most of the 82 games if they take turns getting injured..haha.

"but either/or eriksson gets sent to the AHL or Ferland rides in the LTIR"

highly unlikely that either of those happen. overall a lot here is optimistic thinking.

Virtanen and Leivo would both demand significantly more. (Leivo given that there's practically no right shot RWs this year)

PLEASE don't sign Tryamkin for that much! I barely want him at league minimum. I dont want him on this team. If we get him, pay him no more than 1M.

I do agree with your assessment of Sven. He's a skilled player. I just don't think Green will give him the ice time he deserves.

Like Baertschi said himself, he'll probably be back in the NHL next year or the following year, just not with the Canucks. Sucks to see him go, but I do want to see him succeed.
