Really hope Spezza only asks for $700,000 again, but seeing his role this year, it might be a little bit more. Also, Leafs might be looking to get a true right-shot D and either move on from Dermott or move Dermott to the left side and don't play either Lehtonen or Sandin. As it is in your theoretical lineup, the Leafs D is too inexperienced IMO. Although I do agree, this is the most likely scenario
