I think Lee O'Connor and Rielly would be ineligible, their ELC's don't start till next season I think, Poulin and Legare would be eligible (tho I don't think either would make my top 30... We have too many forwards)

I don't think playing Riikola over JJ is a realistic possibility but that it would be ideal.

they won't play Riikola. His 5 minutes of PK time over his 70 some games doesn't work for them.

Ideally though Riikola would be a better option on a line with Schultz though because the penguins are use to hiding both in the Ozone.
But they will want a PK option. And after Dumo it tends to be JJ.
If MP could PK it would be a different story.
Or they would have to just throw Riikola out there to try.

Pretty sure that anyone signed after the season stopped is ineligible to play, even if they were on the reserve list at the deadline.
