Not a bad trade proposal, and from Colorado's perspective I'd much prefer that trade compared to 1st + Timmins.

However, I suspect that Anaheim would want a top 5 prospect coming back rather than a bunch of secondary pieces like Compher/Helleson/3rd.

Burakovsky is in his last year as an RFA so a 1 year contract walks him straight to UFA which I don't see Sakic doing. He'll get some term, probably 3-4 years.

I like your other signings. Don't think Calvert would sign a 1 year contract though. He'll be 31 at that stage and likely be looking for as much term as he can get on what will likely be his last significant pay day.

Dont think you have offered enough to pry him away from Anaheim. They need offense and wont be moving Rakell without getting something really enticing

I've never been impressed with Helleson, everyone else seems to get excited about him, but he doesn't seem to be that good defensively, no need for Compher he's not an upgrade over what they already have
