Description
*ASSUMING CAP STILL STAYS FLAT*

Poulin + Hallander will both *NOT* be RFA's at the end of the season due to their entry level slides.

At this point, if JJ is still on the team, the only roster spot I have up for grabs is 3rd line RD. Seeing as we won't have the $ to retain TVR from the previous season, again we'll have to go with a stop-gap type of player. This time I think it'd be best to promote of our prospects in JPO, Lee or Reilly. See LTIR for these players.

Again, assuming flat cap for next season as well, we should have more than enough $ to resign Malkin, Letang and Rust the following season.

*edit* willing to add another late round pick/mid tier prospect to move Horny.. just realized that may not be enough with 2 years remaining

I think it heavily depends on how we bounces back from his surgery, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a team pay more for sure!

Lol, I hope not, but as long as GMJR & Sully are around I think they'll keep him in. Who knows though, it's difficult enough to predict 1 year ahead let alone 2.. especially with Seattle coming into play.

Of the 3 LTIR guys, which 2 do you think have the best shot at making the squad? (if this is the current squad minus JJ scratched)
For me, it'd probably be a POJ-Reilly 3rd line.

It's close from an SJS standpoint. Maybe add Bjorkqvist and it's a deal.
