Description

-I don't know if the Vlasic trade is at all realistic, what do y'all think?

-I'm hoping DW doesn't cash out in FA. A couple of cheap signings that could make us more competitive and not further handcuff us for the future would be ideal (aka not giving Tofolli or Dadonov a 5-year deal.

-Currently hoping the Sharks use the late 1st and early 2nd in the draft. Target two right-handed forwards (at least one center) who are good skaters. Maybe Perrault and Foudy?

-If the Sharks move on from Vlasic, who figures to be the next D-man up on the 'Cuda?

-These moves leave cap space too so if the Sharks return to a competitive level, they will have room to add someone at the deadline.

-That future cap could also be used to address the goalie spot, there will be lots of FA netminders available in 2021...or we just trade Labanc for a goalie right now.

Vlasic has one of the worst contracts in the league and that's even with the retention. He isnt good any more and is old and will keep getting worse. The leafs wont want any part of him
