Good trades, decent line up, they will be in the race for the playoffs with this team IMO ( depends how the goalies plays )

Donato can take draws but he most definitely is not a center.
I like Strome in Minnesota but I would rather have Brodin. Brodin doesn't put stats up but he skates the puck out of danger and moves the puck from the defensive zone better than most guys in the NHL. Russo refers to him as the one man breakout machine, and he isn't wrong.
Strome needs to take another step before he is a number 1 center, I think he will but not sure when.
Dubnyk can't be the number 1 next year.

Brodin for Strome helps you guys with expansion though.

Kinda but not really. Brodin will be a uFA and he is best buddies with Dumba so he could be willing to do a handshake deal that he doesn't sign until after the expansion draft.

I've been watching Hawks games from this season to scout Strome. He's talented but my goodness is his skating bad. Speed is fine but everything else is a train wreck. I think that might prevent him from becoming the player he has the potential to be
