I think the Sabres would make that deal. Going to need to add for Gaudreu

It's an interesting trade, but we have a bunch of LWs and desperately need RWs. Voracek would make more sense, but you'd probably say no to that.

Pretty solid deals, the BUF deal is very salary heavy both ways and could work for PHI, although admittedly I don't know much about Pilut, I would think simply based on Johansson being a UFA, its a little too much in BUF favour. Laughton, 25 years old, with excellent numbers/metrics and 2 way game, swings this too much in BUF favour. This provides 3 solid players for BUF.

The CGY deal all comes down to Patrick's health. For CGY, they need a change, cap space and Gaudreaus contract length and amount are prohibitive. Wylie is a good high prospect and the 1st and 2nd would help CGY build their prospect depth, but really its all about if Patrick, the former 2nd overall pick can come back.
He's got good size and looked fairly certain for a 40+ point season in bottom 6 and pp time.

So barring in mind that Patrick is the key to that deal, maybe PHI has to add a bit more, or improve Wylie to Zamula.
