This is not exhaustive - there's obviously many others - but these are the ones that show up with some high frequency. Particularly in proposals involving Josh Anderson, although one or two show up in Savard and/or "for picks" proposals as well.
The astute observer will note that there are three common trends going on here:
#1: "I heard you need offense, so here's a depth scoring winger."
(We've got a ton of those already. Indeed, that's pretty much 90% of our offense as is. Stuffing in more does not improve the team - they're not going to get the minutes they need; those minutes just aren't available. So it's not worth it to us.)
#2: "I heard you needed centers, so here's a depth/project center."
(We have plenty of depth centers; what we actually need is a #2C - and we already have four "project" guys, so spending otherwise valuable assets to acquire another is not going to help as there's not enough room for them all as is.)
#3: Any Left Defense Whatsoever
(Learn to read a depth chart and go away.)
EDIT 2020-07-18: Added Derek Ryan to the list, because apparently you have to explicitly enumerate these things when dealing with Flames fans.
Just curious what’s the plan for Wennberg is he going to get bought out?
There's certainly a lot of Jackets fans who are desperately hoping he will be. I tend more towards "buy him out if we need the cap space, otherwise, meh, whatever". What Kekalainen does with him is anyone's guess.
