Description
I know EK65 isn't going anywhere. I know, you don't need to tell me, nor add a "clever" comment such as "You are stuck with that EK contract. lol." I know the Sharks are, but...

I've been mulling over the Leafs trade with my coworker. I think it would take more on the Sharks end, but he (who is a more knowledgeable about hockey, particurally Canadian teams) thinks this pretty fair.

I would absolutely love these trades for the Sharks and they keep the two high draft picks, while having some cap wiggle room to add someone else at the deadline if this team is competitive. Hey, I can dream, right?

The only way a team buys EK65 is if it's with 50% retainment and we both know that's not happening.

Besides EK65 isn't really the player Toronto needs.

Both teams decline pretty quick. Leafs don't need another offensive D, who, even retained 1.5, is very overpaid, and always injured. Not giving up a young star and a great young winger for him. AZ not giving a starter for scraps
