Trades
1.
PIT
  1. 2020 1st round pick (PIT)
Additional Details:
No, this team is NOT getting 1 OA, but what they get is still worth giving up next year's pick
MIN
  1. 2021 1st round pick (PIT)
2.
PIT
  1. Hunt, Brad
  2. Stalock, Alex
  3. 2021 3rd round pick (MIN)
Additional Details:
Stalock had a good run, but who knows what his consistency will be like. Nonetheless, he's a strong backup option on a steal of a contract.
MIN
  1. Murray, Matt [RFA Rights]
  2. Simon, Dominik [RFA Rights]
  3. 2022 5th round pick (PIT)
3.
PIT
  1. Alzner, Karl
Additional Details:
extra year of term might make MTL say no, but it's a fairly lateral swap
4.
STL
  1. Bjugstad, Nick
  2. 2021 3rd round pick (MIN)

Blues decline. Value might be fair, but Bozak has a family in STL and is a cup winner. It would be disrespectful to trade him on the final year of his contract

I mean, STL is starved on cap, so they might not have much else of an option other than Bozak. I think Steen would ONLY waive for WPG

This is ok...

Probably just keep Murray if that is all you get. He isn't going to get much and can back up Jarry.
JJ is pretty bad, but he is better than Alzner and his buyout isn't bad after next season. Schultz was the bigger problem on that pair.

Rather keep Bjugstad, or run McCann at C and use to space to add someone better than Hunt or not have Lafferty in the top 12 like Simon who I would def keep and will be cheap after offseason surgery.

I thk losing Marleau and Schultz will go a long way in and off itself.

Also.....1/8 chance at LeFrenchman!!!

Thanks for the critique. I figure Murray will ask for at least his QO, but IDK if PIT has the room for that?

Obviously I'd hope the 1/8 benefits another team instead Sticking Out Tongue
