Keep in mind that this is an outsiders opinion, but I don't think that Edmonton takes that deal. Koskinen showed that he is a good enough goalie to bring Edmonton to the playoffs. I don't think that they would give up a solid prospect to add a goalie when they really need winger help for McDavid. I do think that you could get similar value from a different team looking for a goalie.

Trading Andersen at this stage when his value is at it's absolute lowest wouldn't net you that return. Edmonton's defense is actually worse so I don't think there's an appetite to move Bouchard. What Toronto would likely get by moving him this offseason probably wouldn't be worth it. Probably better off to just keep him the one more year (or trading him mid-season if his value suddenly spikes)
