Toffoli, Smith, Labanc, and Gudas will get more.

I dont think Mtl would pay a first for that. Vlasik has a horrible negative value. A third + 22 year old kid who put up ok numbers in the NHL is not going to make up for his negative value, let alone net a mid first rounder.
