What’s the price for Grz? You guys will probably lose him in the expansion draft so would you be willing to part with him now and get something back. I’m thinking a 2021 2nd round pick. Is that fair?

Bit too much for Krug (likely less than $7,25M). Chara will get more salary but it will be included in bonuses so cap hit is probably under $2M. Grzelcyk needs more money. Deal works for DeBrusk. Get Ritchie off of this team; missing Studnicka and Lauzon.

Sure, there's that risk but I believe Sweeney will try to keep him and do a side deal with Seattle. I would prefer this year's 2nd if I would have to deal him.

Rather just pay SEA a 2021 2nd to not take him
