was thinking the same thing, and was also thinking Cirelli to Minny for Dumba would be good.

Free's minny of their possibility of losing him in expansion, and gives them a 1C

I have a hard time seeing NYR buy out Hank. I know the media is all over it, but NYR's window is open, and having a bunch of dead money isn't going to help for the next 2 years (next year's dead money for Hank is $6mm, and they have Shattenkirk dead money on their books too). I think you'll eventually see Hank traded, probably through a 3rd party to bring the came number down (OTT or DET), and then flipped to another contender. I also don't see Hank taking a 700k deal, even if its to win a cup. I suspect you are talking at least 1.5mm-2mm to get him to come.
