I don’t see how we are in a position to absorb Johansson’s cap hit. Also, he’s terrible in the face off circle which is at odds with our entire team philosophy and he’d be our 6th best LW. So the fit is off.

Blues have no interest in that. Steen may cost an asset, but definitely not Kyrou, and Bozak is worth a mid round pick.
