Description

Wanted to try something a little out of the box, no typical FA signings or trades you see from every boston gm post

Ghost has next to no value right now. He played 5 games in the playoffs and even when philly was down 3-1 and looking for offense was in the press box. Perfect buy low opportunity and if he doesnt play well, maybe Seattle takes a swing for him. For only an extra ~2 mill hes worth the 3rd. Moore is mobile like Ghost and suits the 5-6 dman role a whole lot better than Ghost for 4.5.

Meier is an upgrade over Debrusk. His size with Kases speed and Krejcis playmaking ability could make an excellent 2nd line. Vladar could be a really nice experiment for SJ, split time with Jones and hope he can develop quickly. If not, hes still young and another season in the AHL wouldnt hurt. Debrusk could play well in a larger role with SJ. may need to tinker with the value a bit but i think the foundation for the trade is there.
