Description
Purely for Fun and is Based on 2 Assumptions that are a stretch:

1. Anaheim decides they don't need/can't afford Lindholm and are willing to move him

2. Anaheim is in a win now mode, willing to sacrifice their future (a little)

ANA Trade:

Toronto takes on the burden of Stoner, then adds JVR on an amazing contract, Connor Brown (could swap for Kapanen). Toronto also gives depth options of Holland and Valiev (note: these aren't value additions simply roster players to fill in roster spots for ANA on a cheap contract).

WIN Trade:

Winnipeg gets a comparable player on the left side; and since the Leafs will probably offer the best player and the Jets are in a somewhat weaker position, the Jets have to take on Stoner's contract (I also thought about instead of Stoner, swapping Kapanen for Kyle Connor)

If you could get Lindholm...KEEP HIM

ya he's a lefty and we need a top pairing righty more, but Lindholm will probably be in Norris conversations next year, Trouba is a little less proven with a lower ceiling

But doesnt Lindholm play on the right side despite the fact he shoots left?

Ok, let me try this again. Winnipeg wants Trouba to play top 4 on the left side. Trouba asks for a trade because he doesnt like playing his off side. Does trading for Lindholm, who is left but plays his off side, not leave them with the same potential problem?
