Description

Dubois will take a bridge deal. Domi is not worth more than 5.5M. His value, style of play and ppg is equal to the guys in the 4.5-5.5M range. If Columbus wants to stay successful they cannot get caught overpaying guys to soon. The Merzlinkins signing was interesting... especially considering Korpisalo signed just a few days before him for 1.2M cheaper. I put them in the same boat as far as value for now. Both should’ve gotten 3M Tops

CBJ would gladly make that trade. Though Dubinsky is going to be on LTIR, and word is CBJ are going to buy out Wennberg.

Domi will likely sign for longer than that for closer to $5.5M-$6M, and PLD will definitely make more than that. A bridge deal would probably put him closer to $6M, while a long term would push his value closer to $7M+

That PLD contract is a joke, if hes taking a bridge deal its 3 years at 7M, nothing less.

Just buy out Wennberg and put Dubinsky on LTIR since his wrisy injury is chronicand career ending. Wow now you have cap space.
