Description

Fleury, I know some still love and some don't. Lot of money still to take on even at half salary. That said, if the Pens can get Fleury at 3.5 mil and get a 1st round pick...they should take that all day.
Not a McCann fan...swap him for Virtanen. That would make the Pens strong on the RW w/ Rust, Kapenen, and Virtanen.
Add Haula as 3C. Add Grabner on friendly deal to be a 3/4 LW and penalty killer. Bring up Poulin to bring some youth and hopefully scoring. This definitely makes the team younger and faster.

I like where you are going with this MAF trade...Smart, it gives them back a Solid Backup Goalie with an incredible value contract that they absolutely need at this point. This Actually is something that I would do for Pittsburgh in this case. It gets us a 1st and a 3rd Round pick which we desperately need and the Half Cap retainment is perfect for us and Fleury will get to play out his career with the Penguins and retire as one in a community that he loves and adores. Bud, Nice work.

Vegas cuts 3.5 for two years from their books and if they move Stastny as well that will be 6.5mil MORE off their books and just enough for them to sign Alex Pietrangelo. Those two moves opens up 10 MILLION dollars for them and they go full tilt for the Cup and then we end up playing the Vegas Golden Knights in the Stanley Cup Finals and we play Fleury in the Final Game and we Win our 6th Cup on Vegas Ice with Fleury between the pipes. We called it here! HA
