Logan Brown still has good potential. Mike Reilly... well honesty I wouldn't mind moving him.

Josh Bailey is a decent player but isn't on a cheap contract. If they want to give him away to stay under the cap then sure. This just helps the Islanders get out of their cap problems way too easily.
