I see why they were bought out. Funny enough, the 2 best ones on this team (in my opinion) were bought out by the Rangers.

For sure. The Ouellet one was weird, considering he costed more against the cap by being bought out than he would’ve when playing in the AHL. The Grabner one still doesn’t make sense to me either, other than the $1.2 million in real cash saved by ARI management.

Edit: And I just noticed that 5 of these players have played for the Rangers at some point in their careers.
