No one wants a declining 5m X 4m Johnson. Lot better ways to spend cap and $$$

That's a really good deal for Tampa but you'd likely have to keep Johnson or pay someone to take him or hope Seattle wants him so depending how that goes Sergachev could end up costing a lot more then what you're originally giving them, in the end Johnson won't waive for Winnipeg anyway.

Why is Florida paying for TJ when he passed through waivers? Detroit isn’t paying you for Perreault but will take him on for a second.

Florida didn't want him for free but they'll swap a 2nd for a 3rd and Johnson?? Makes sense.
