I think you need to retain on JVR if you want assets back and Ghost won't be picked up if he spends the season as a healthy scratch.

He's still a 20-30 goal scorer and NJD will need to be above the cap floor.

I suspect Ghost will start at 1RD like he used to with Prov. If he can't perform then he'll be a scratch and Seattle might pick Voracek.

Honestly I think that’s what I would do if I was Philly to inflate his value, as a healthy scratch his value will tank.

For the kings it’s just a bad fit, and won’t help the development of the young defensively. Ghost needs to go to a solid defensive team that can just let him be him and go full offense and be a scoring machine like burns.
