    I don't think Tampa will or would be smart to pay that kinda price to dump McDonagh to Seattle. He's valuable. A veteran defensive d-man on a highly offensive team is more valuable than you think.

    I Tampa would rather pay that price of the Johnson trade to get Seattle to take him instead, I think they might have a long look at him anyways. A middle 6 centre that's from the area is a highly marketable player to them and he's capable of a 60-70 point season. Could be very enticing.

    Don't see Stamkos ever waiving his NMC. And Tampa wouldn't do it for that low of a price either.

    But...Vegas has $78+ mil invested into their 2021-2022 lineup already...it would seem pretty weird to take on salary, no?

    Vegas can't afford Stamkos, Doubt Ron Francis has any interest in Ryan McDonagh. If anything Tyler Johnson will be Kraken bound not McDonagh.
