This is how you get on GM blocked lists.

That STL offer is laughable, as are the others. This is essentially "dump these meh fringe players and a few late round picks and get a bunch of solid players and even some picks back"

GMs don't trade players they just signed, even in a swap of office. This isn't franchise mode.

honestly these are about the values I'd expect to see the penguins offer.

We'll know more when we see what's up with the injuries.

Trade keys have been taken away. Don't expect any major moves.
Teams looking for over payments good luck you won't find it here.

I don't think the temp GM has much leverage to make deals to begin with.
It's clear all in an all costs show is over. This team has hit the turning point. Even if they are still winning. They can see the end of the road and they realize it's time to change lanes.

Hawks would pass as there is zero interest in Ceci as he would be playing behind Murphy, Boqvist and Mitchell and competing with Seabrook for room on the bench. Kasper is a B prospect and the 3rd and 6th is simply not enough. Kasper and a 2nd rounder plus Ceci as a dump is more appropriate but I'd imagine that's what it would take to start the conversation.
