First off you can only sign Fowler for 7 years not 8 years only Anaheim can sign Fowler for 8 years unless it's a sign and trade kind of deal. And no way will Fowler sign for $5.25 million whatever Shattenkirk signs for between $6 million to $7 million per is what Fowler signs for he's having a career year with Anaheim.
