Description

With Cap Space to spare. It doesn't look like the Jets are going to burn a year of ELC for either Heinola or Perfetti this season so they will both have 2 seasons left on their ELCs by 2022-23. Niku lost to expansion.

Wheeler, Stastny and Forbort are the only three players at risk for regression. The balance of the roster should be as good or improving on their current level of play.

It looks to me that the drafting/free agency priorities for the Jets in the coming two years should be RHD and RW.

Dubois probably going to cost a little more for that much term, buying a few ufa years. Hoping Stanley costs a little more with success, here’s to hoping the kids develop into a contending squad
