GMs have a scale of so many million is worth this draft pick and that draft pick. But what I'm getting at is 1 first isn't enough to dump Neal. I think Oilers add a good prospect as well.

They can afford RNH without moving Neal but moving him would allow for upgrade options in other areas

Oilers have more cap space than the Sharks by about 10 million. Cap space isnt the issue.
