Why wouldn't we? A defenceman is our one and only problem. Idk about you but I would rather have Ghost than Poolman, even considering the contract.

Ghost is a small LD offensive defenseman. Winnipeg need a RH defensive defenseman. Enough said.

Causes too many headaches and issues, we have to factor in expansion draft, as well as cap going forward. Dubois will need a new deal before Ghosts deal is up. Pionk will be getting a massive raise as well. Don't forget about appleton getting a considerable raise, copp and lowry getting a raise. It's not as simple as hey lets just claim this free dman.
