I don’t see Buffalo making Jokiharju available. He is slated to be Dahlin‘s partner for the foreseeable future.

He spoke to a number of other GMs...off the record...

Exec #2: "Jack for futures only as those are just bets based on a projection. The Sabres need to get a couple of established, quality players in return as well."
Exec #3: "Probably a first and then another mid-round pick plus a good young roster player, with some bad money going the other way."
Exec #5: "First-round pick, a player and a prospect"
Exec #6: "Have to assume they’d be looking for a center back"

Didn't see that. Keep in mind I also have a solid young RHD coming back in this deal.

So based on that it'd be like Nico + NYI 2021 1st + Mercer ?

I love Mercer but I would do that in a heartbeat
