Probably have to give RNH 7 years to get him to Calgary.

Only way I see Nashville being interested in Monahan is if the Flames are taking on one of their 8 mill C's, Johansen or Duchene. Probably doesn't make sense for the Flames.

Treliving likes to maximize the teams leverage with his RFA's that aren't stars, I would expect Valimaki and Dube to be forced to take their qualifying offers. He did this with Mangiapane and Kulak. Neither have done much to earn a raise.

can people please stop trading monahan for wingers that he consistently outproduces and then expecting calgary to add? this is getting ridiculous. arvidsson didn’t even outscore monahan this year, when he had a career worst season playing through a hip injury, like come on, there’s no way calgary adds

Monahan is likely similar in quality to rnh though certainly coming off a ****ty year. You are selling super low

Monahan is a 0.35 gpg and 0.74 ppg
RNH is 0.28 gpg and 0.73 ppg

Why are you dumping Monahan to pay rnh more?
