Description
Cholowski to Seattle seems like the obvious choice - either him or Svechnikov.
The Ghost trade is not dissimilar to the Staal trade, in that Ghost is definitely a cap dump, but the value returned is a little lower as Ghost could potentially regain some of his form with a change in scenery. Don't know how he would fit into Blash's system, but I see it as worth the risk.
Holland's comments about not going for it at the deadline were very interesting, this move presumes that at the 2022 deadline they are going heavily in - in all likelihood I would think the 1st would be replaced with an A prospect like Broberg or Holloway that addresses a position of need for Detroit (potentially include Lavoie, but being a winger I would rather one of the other three assets.) This is assuming that one of the assets listed above goes into getting a big ticket guy at the deadline, like say, Seth Jones. Could be done prior to expansion, obviously just without Bobby Ryan.

Some of the deals that include draft picks would obviously involve a prospect of equivalent value, as holding that number of picks by the draft never really happens.
If Detroit's spending is limited, remove the Edmonton deal.

Possibly a little optimistic, very hard to guage the market on cap dump deals, which will depend hugely on expansion and UFAs.

Additional Details:
Seattle is here as a placeholder. I believe one of Fabbri or Bertuzzi are traded in the 21-22 season, and personally I would trade Fabbri as I prefer what Bertuzzi brings.
I believe that a young(ish) team out west could give up a decent asset for him as a rental and re-sign him after the playoffs. I could see him working well with Kaprizov on the Wild, taking over from Kadri on the Avs etc.

Who do you have Tampa protecting? In my head there is someone that Seattle would prefer to take from Tampa, and I feel the ask to take Johnson from Seattle would be higher, though I could be wrong.

Very true very true. In my head it would be beneficial to both as Detroit might take a lower sweetener to fill the 2C role, and maybe Tampa would be able to send say, Killorn to Seattle at a lower cost owing to his shorter contract? If my Maths is right that leaves just over $4m in cap space which should be workable.
As I said, I may be wrong and my knowledge of Tampa's system is not perfect.
