Don't see Saad, Hall signing that.
Goodrow will stay in TB where there are no taxes if that's the offer.
They are better off not resigning DK. They need to move on and get younger.

What young player exactly can replace Krejci? There's nobody in the system, they don't have a choice really. He's their best option. Also, I think you could increase the cap hit of Goodrow or Saad a bit since there's three scratched players counting against the cap plus $1.27m in leftover space.

Believe me I know there is no one in the system.
You got to go out and find a trade or a FA. That's the only way.
This team won't win with DK. It's been the same story for several years now on that team. 1 line. No matter how much help they bring in. 1 line. That's because you are running a center who's well past his prime. It's beyond just, needing help. He needs a smaller role and someone else to step up. Which is why they are better off moving on. They got to get some younger legs in there, who can set and drive a pace. Because you don't have that in the top 6. Bergeron has no legs either. He's effective because he can keep the puck in the zone by winning on the dot. But on open ice he's a non factor. It's Marchand and Pasta who drive the line on open ice. You rarely see or even here Bergeron's name. The legs are shot. So you got no centers in the top 6 who can drive the pace. And that's a serious problem.
They need a younger guy to fill that 2C. They should make a pitch on Danault, or Monahan at the very least.
