Reasonable value-wise but if not sure if Buffalo wants to sign up for that Gibson contract considering his past few years. And if Eichel goes, Reinhart goes.

Not that the Sabres are any better than the Ducks at this point but it seems Gibson still puts up solid underlying number with a sub par defense in front of him plus he is still young for a goalie. I could see GMKA taking a swing at bringing him in so he has a solid goalie to lean on while their two prospects continue to develop in net. I also don't think Reinhart being traded is a sure thing. It's believed that people were reading to much in to his post season media interview and their may still be a way to rebuild that relationship. I won't be surprised if he is moved, but don't count him coming back completely out.

This essentially makes the Ducks worse but they just have Eichel now. Gibson is practically our entire team, Comtois is our best winger and 3rd OA would just destroy us. No chance the Ducks do this. If some way they do move Gibson, they send him to a contender

Boy, some of you Duck fans think you can get Eichel without giving up anything. I have managed a way to work a trade that doesn't involve Zegras or Drysdale. Something has to give if Anaheim wants Eichel.

Half of us dont even want Eichel because of his price. Logical Duck fans realize it would hurt us more than help us to trade for him.
