Is Ladd Long Term IR or is he healthy and worthless?

He's been in the AHL, but not healthy enough to play more than a game in the last year due to chronic back and knee issues dating back to 2016 that have gotten worse. He hasn't been on LTIR, so so far, he's a worthless player costing a lot of money to the cap. I do believe he gets placed on LTIR this offseason.

Love for my Flyers to eat that on LTIR for a guy like Bellows.

I don't see a reason to trade Johnston. He's a depth piece that costs the Islanders nothing to the cap if he's buried in the AHL as he has been. I also don't see the reason to trade Boychuk, who will be on LTIR until his contract expires. Or the LA trade, no reason to trade depth pieces that cost nothing to the cap. I don't think Sorokin will get as much money as Varlamov, who is our #1 goaltender and had much better numbers than him. This teams fails to make the playoffs, having Aho, Bolduc, Timashov, and Czarnik regulars in the lineup. All these players are either 13th forwards or 7th defenseman.

I don't think Islanders are quite ready to get rid of Bellows unless it's necessary. To the extent that I think he'll be protected over Eberle.
