Florida can trade Yandle for OEL by themselves. Bruins keep their 1st, keep DeBrusk and don't acquire a bad contract.
Also, why are the Bruins losing 2 players to Seattle?

OEL won't waive to Florida directly. If he waives here, then it's an underground route similar to what the Sharks did with Hoffman.

I'm not sure why it's a net negative. Senyshen and Moore cancel.

You move back maybe 10 spots in the first round then essentially turn Debrusk into Yandle, a decent rookie/spec and get your first back. IMO Heponiemi and the CBJ 2nd are worth more than Debrusk, and Yandle with a strictly defensively minded D like Carlo could thrive in his strengths.
