it’s only because the isles made round 3 lol, bergevin was one game from getting fired and finishing 30th in GM of the year voting ahead of only kevyn adams. This award is basically just who made the 3rd round with the help of something they did in the last calendar year, zito was lucky to get nominated (although i agree he probably shoulda won)
