    LV isn't taking any bad contracts, Toronto isn't taking Glendening and if Detroit doesn't start some sort of rebuild, they're going to be truly awful for the next couple years

    1.) He's right. Losing Ericsson to Vegas is nothing but wishful thinking.
    2.) I think Vanek gets more money somewhere else.
    3.) I like the rest of your moves, but I personally would rather move out Helm and keep Glendening.

    Where would the Glendening fit in the Leafs lineup? And the Ducks aren't trading a cheap ELC Dman when they are going to lose so many Dman in the next two years. I'm not a big fan of Landeskog and Barrie, but what have you offered that really help the Avs?

    Not a fan of the Colorado trade. I think AA has tremendous upside and we need to retain our 1st round pick to land a top 5 pick this draft
