Additional Details:
Arizona, Minnesota and Zach Parise come to a mutual agreement to be traded to AZ and will be bought out by Arizona. This frees up cap space for Minnesota, gets AZ much needed draft capital for an incoming rebuild and allows Zach Parise to sign a more reasonable contract where he would like.

welcome to Cap Friendly. Detroit is going to decline. The trade is not good for a rebuilding team (value aside). Also we are pretty set on the right side.

Its good tho i dont think the wild want to trade away that many picks with dumba might as well just trade him for a mid round first

Constructively, Landeskog isn't a center, McTavish isn't worth that package, you have no cap space left for your 13th forward and 7th defenseman, let alone raises for anyone, and with three picks total in the first two rounds of the next three drafts, you've left us with no cheap talent to fill in the gaps when guys get too expensive.

Dumba trade is good. Maybe also send Stecher back to fill the hole and I accept. I would rather keep Parise and 2 1sts. SEA takes Sturm or Foligno over a cap dump

True. I just think that if Parise for sure can be dumped, then I would be less picky with what Dumba is traded for because it we could narrow down our expansion losses without giving up much capital to protect players and it also gives us cap space for a big signing such as Landeskog
