Trades
1.
TOR
  1. 2021 4th round pick (PIT)
  2. 2022 3rd round pick (ARI)
ARI
  1. Kerfoot, Alexander
Additional Details:
Arizona is not rebuilding and are looking to become a playoff team. They lack center depth with only Dvorak as a proven 2nd line Center. Schmaltz is barely a center, hayton is unproven. Kerfoot serves as a good option for them at 2 years and being paid less real dollars than his cap hit. They get him post expansion draft for a 3rd and a 4th
2.
DAL
  1. Anderson, Joey
  2. Scott, Ian
  3. 2022 3rd round pick (ARI)
Additional Details:
Dallas is likely to sign Coleman at F/A. They have a top 9 filled with talent in Seguin, Robertson, Hintz, Pavelski, Radulov, Benn, Guriyanov, Dellandrea, Kivranta

They move Faksa coming off a low end production year and Dickinson for a C+ prospect and a mid round pick along with a NHL ready 4th line player

Leafs get two good bottom 6 pieces which help them in their push to win a playoff round
3.
TOR
SEA
  1. Holl, Justin
Additional Details:
Expansion draft the leafs Go 7 and 3 forwards being the 40 million crew along with J Dick, Faksa and Spezza

Seattle takes Holl over dermott who they feel is better piece for the next 2 years (duration of both contracts)
4.
TOR
  1. 2022 5th round pick (COL)
COL
  1. Engvall, Pierre
Additional Details:
Avs pay an end of the night 2 picks to get a youngish forward who has size and skating. They are contending and have a lot of capspace for the next few years Engvall as a bottom 6 piece works for them with him being young and able to push some of their younger guys to play harder and better to win out a spot and he is generally a cheap asset for a contending team to have

I don’t think Nill would trade both Faksa and Dickinson. One of them will center the 4th line and bearing injuries move up and down the line up.

And there is a strong possibility of losing Dickinson to Seattle anyway.

Anyway, I don’t see anything that help us in your proposed return.

What cap space do Avs have? They have no use for Engvall, he doesn’t make their team.

Arizona is rebuilding so it doesn’t make sense for them to spend assets on a third liner for no reason.
