Description
When it comes to the Leafs I don't think they should put much more money then they already have into the top 6. Any money they spend on forwards should be to build up a decent third line, I have Haula on the third but really I'd be happy interchanging any of the top 3 left wingers with each other.
The 4th line is just guys that are already signed that are cheap.
On defense I traded away Reilly for picks and replaced him with a cheaper option who could be a mentor in the locker room for the guys coming up amd take some pressure from Sandin to be forced into a top 4 role.
Lastly assuming Andersen is gone I left Campbell as the starter and brought in a decent goalie incase Campbell looses some steam from his great 2020-21 season.
P.s. all players signed are interchangeable just throwing guys in to fill roster and have price points on what Toronto should be looking to spend in my opinion.
What are your thoughts?

With an affordable extension, maybe Philly considers it. As a rental, heck no.

Tor is in win now mode, they aren't moving Reilly for futures and Suter isn't coming to Canada.

That what I was thinking with the conditions, like if he resigns and they make playoffs, etc the 2nd turns into a 1st. Doesn't need to be Philly just first team I thought of that might of worked

I've seen a few people saying Suter isn't coming to Canada but I'm not sure the reasoning behind it if there was actually any traction to it, could easily be replaced with Yandle or any other veteran Dman UFA
