I would be super ecstatic and surprised if Seattle took Drouin over Price.

I dont seeing them talking Price at all, I get that he had a killer run, but I dont think they will want to have an older goalie locked up with 6 and the highest AVG salary in the NHL. Too many other quality goalies, and several quality cheap goalies.

They could spend $6,359,333 on Bishop, Vanecek, and Kahkonen or 10,500,000 just for Price.

How many of those are as marketable as Price? Price would sell tickets combine that with signing onne or 2 big name FA's and acquiring good players through the draft and you could potentially build an immediate contender. For example if they Draft Price, Dreidger and Kahkonen then they are setup for an immediate cup run plus in 2 or 3 years Price might retire and they still have a great 1a/1b option.

Bishop when healthy is just as good as Price. Both Bishop and Price have had an issue staying healthy over the last few years.

I think Seattle is "thinking about taking Price" so they can get a pick from the Habs not too.

Edit: and the games are already sold out. They'll be okay with ticket sales.
