Vegas would not do this. They already have a whack load of bottom 6 centers. They need someone who can play middle 6 at minimum and Tierney isn't that

I don't think they need to address that via trade. They need to get their top 6 C, and that will allow them to shift Colin White over, where I think he will be more effective offensively. I think throwing Pinto into a top 6 role off the bat is a terrible idea.

I can see Las Vegas trading Reilly Smith for a 2022 second as a pure cap dump (the same way they got rid of Nate Schmidt and Marc-Andre Fleury), but not taking Tierney on the way back.
