2017 1st round pick (Deal made at Entry Draft).
Hard to put a value on a #1 RHD right now because they are so coveted, let me know what you think.
Gives Carolina a top line scoring forward and a scoring prospect with potential, to go along with the first round pick. Carolina has a lot of good D prospects so Faulk may be expendable.

JVR and Rychel don't come any where close to getting you Justin Faulk? You want Faulk and one of Nylander/Marner is going the other way.

Okay the Leafs 2017 1st round pick could be in the (18-22) depending on where they place at the end of the season, So JVR+Rychel+Toronto's 2017 1st round pick possibly (18-22) overall doubt that's enough to entice Ron Francis to move Justin Faulk.

Faulk's play has declined. Leafs can improve their defence before the expansion draft protection lists are set. These lateral trades are non productive. And to think Nylander and Marner makes a fair trade either, c'mon.
One year of Bozak and Komarov don't get you those high returns.
