Description
I think so. They are getting lee back and palmieri should bounce back as well as wahlstrom taking the next step. Parise will hopefully be solid but we also have golyshev and panik in case he doesnt work out.

On D we still have a top 3 pairing in the nhl. The 2nd line should be ok. Especially if dobson can take that next step. In a contract year, i would say he will. The 3rd pair is a very solid d pairing. Hopefully trotz will give aho a long look. It looked for some time like wahlstrom would be wasted like bellows, but he wasnt. Lets hope aho gets the wahlstrom treatment.

In net we have the best goalie tandem in the league, enough said.

Parise will be a 20 goal scorer this year and Chara will not be in the lineup every night. Isles have the depth on defense to give the older guys a night off when they need it. Barry can play the best matchup to their opponent. I expect Gustafsson to make this team

The forward group is deep, I’m not worried about that. But Pelech-Pulock carried the defense last season, if Dobson breaks out like I think he will this season then they’ll be legitimate cup contenders again
