Description

Sanford definitely split Blues fans but I think it’s reasonable to say he was a solid 3rd line LW who could fill up if needed but would also make some frustrating plays. The Blues get cap space, a pic, and a project. I like this move from the front office because it tells me that they are confident Sundqvist will come of LTIR soon and that one of Kostin or Neighbors could take over that LW spot. Id love to see Kostin get put in with VT and Thomas. Thomas is a great playmaker, VT has one of the best shots in the game, and Kostin likes to play a tough game in tough areas.
