Description

Not saying I agree with it, but this is my prediction for opening night roster.
Players on the LTIR are players who I believe get NHL games in this year.
Beckman has had a good preseason, but I believe he gets sent down to start the season, the biggest flaw I'm seeing in his game right now is that he isn't really strong on the puck, he should probably never carry it, just find a shooting position and wait.
Rossi is good but I think Billy is going to be absolutely sure he is ready before he puts him in the NHL.
Addison doesn't make the team simply because there isn't a open spot to take.

I think this is probably pretty close. Personally, I would rather see Duhaime than Bjugs in that 4RW spot. I’ve seen enough of Bjugs, time to give someone else a shot.

I also don’t know about Boldy. Will need to see a bit more. Based on the last preseason game, I would say Iowa, but that’s obvi not a large sample size or an overly important setting.

I think Boldy is the only prospect with a chance to make the NHL roster. If Boldy doesn't make it Duhaime gets a shot on the 4th line and Sturm or Rask move to Fiala's line.

I think it'll be Benn over Merrill as the 6D.

I need to see more of Gaudreau to see if he's a center or wing.
