I really like the idea to try to rejuvenate Fischer's ability to score in a low pressure role beside Gaudette but honestly at the end of the day

I don't see it being worth Nylander

Really eager to see what Alex can do this year

Would hope the ducks would throw in a more NHL relevant cheap asset than Volkov to that trade though I guess the only other guy for that is sam steel

And that'd make the deal a bit awkward

Connolly just cleared waivers and the Ducks didn't want him for free despite their lack of depth at RW, so I don't see him being part of any trade except as a cap dump.

A trade revolving around Lindholm, Strome and the future first is possible, but it shouldn't be much more complicated than that.
