He's perfectly ready for the 3 D Vince Dunn role

Much better option in 5v5 than Valimaki

His “off puck play” is out of position. He’d be a great rover but that position was abolished like a hundred years ago. He’s a perfectly fine offensive 3LD and served that role in 19-20, but he’s not better than Valimaki, he’s not very responsible in his own end which won’t appeal him to Sutter, and that’s why he was the 7th D tonight, and will be the spare this year.
